Homemade Remedies For Hair Loss

Everyone is scared of Hair Loss. The hair makes us look good and we do not want to loose it. At any given time, 10% of our hair is in what is called a "resting phase" and after 2-3 months resting, hair falls out and new hair grows in its place. However, some people experience more hair loss than is normal.
Here are some tips to help you prevent Hair Loss;
  • Get dried orange leaves, and grind them into powder. Mix the powder together with olive oil to make a paste. Massage the paste into hair roots, leave it for two hours and wash it off. Apply a mild moisturizer of your choice.
  • Garlic makes the hair thick. It is more effective when combined with olive oil. Grind some garlic and mix together with olive oil. Apply the paste into your scalp before going to bed in the night. Wash it off the next morning. Repeat this process 3 times a week.
  • Take a few strands of lemongrass and pound till fine. Before pounding, make sure you throw away the leafy part. Mix it with two glasses of water and bring to the boil, then leave to cool. After it is sufficiently cooled, rub the liquid into your scalp. Do this twice or thrice a week, one hour before washing your hair.
